It is accepted at over 55,000 chain pharmacies in the U.S. and is made available and administered by Universal Rx. Once activated with Universal Rx, the card allows members to purchase prescriptions at the lowest cost available.
This plan does not guarantee that the prescribed medication is covered under the benefit plan, claims must be submitted to the insurance plan administrator for claim determination.
